Samo Kreutz is a poet, writer and haikuist from Ljubljana, author of eighteen books published in both Slovene and English. His work has appeared in over fifty literary journals worldwide, including Fresh Words, Green Ink Poetry, and Ariel Chart. He has been nominated once for the Pushcart Prize and twice for the Touchstone Award, and between 2021–2023 was listed among the 100 most creative haiku authors in Europe. His poetry explores silence, everyday gestures, and languages that resist being read, moving between urban and natural spaces.
